Our story

Years ago we ran timber mills, and worked the floor ourselves. We supplied the wood to the factories that built flush doors. Today our manufactured doors go out to 20+ cities across India.

We choose our timber at the yard by hand, reading the grain before we buy.

How a door is born

Veneer Sheet

The layup begins face-down: a thin, hand-matched natural veneer sheet is laid as the door's outer skin.

Core Layer

Horizontal core sheet pieces are placed side by side to create the first core layer.

Glue Application

Adhesive glue is applied to core sheets with the help of a Glue Spreader machine to hold the layers firmly together.

Wooden Frame

Seasoned hardwood pieces are joined to make the outer frame of the door.

Core Filling

Vertical wood blocks are fitted tightly inside the frame for added strength and stability.

Second Core Layer

Another layer of horizontal core sheet pieces is placed over the blocks.

Glue Application

One more time adhesive glue is applied to core sheets with the help of a Glue Spreader machine to hold the layers firmly together.

Veneer Layer

A thin veneer sheet is placed on the surface and hot-pressed at 110°C.
